When Ethan, Naomi's ex-husband, discovers that Naomi has left their daughters with a friend, he calls social services and threatens to take away her custody. Naomi, fearing the loss of custody of her daughters, is compelled to return to Eilat in a hurry, shlepping along a reluctant Norma. Their journey, which starts as a power struggle between the two ladies, develops into a surprising, funny, and powerful relationship that radically changes both women's lives.
